Oh, there just CAN'T be two!

I’ve been SO busy the last couple of months! I’m a very fortunate and grateful fella. Sometimes I wish there were 2 of me (or at least one other who can do all the tedious stuff while I shoot!).

Beautiful Bride, Beautiful Day

What a perfect day shooting Lori and Stuart’s wedding! I am thrilled and honored that they asked me to be a part of their special day.

"Miracle On 34th Street”

Cascades Theatrical Company’s production of “Miracle On 34th Street: A Live Radio Play” was such a blast to shoot. There is certainly no shortage of talented and creative people here in Bend.

"She Loves Me"

I’m ridiculously excited to be a part of CTC’s newest production, featuring Ryan Klontz and Natalie Manz.

Fundraising Shenanigans

Here is the fabulous Katy Ipock (raconteur, DJ, promoter, impresario) taking one for the team (Grandma’s House) at a recent comedy show and fundraising event. She would go on to endure half a dozen more smacks!

The Jackalope Grill is one of Bend’s truly outstanding restaurants, and I was fortunate enough to be asked to capture some images for them. It is an extraordinary place and should not be missed!

When Cascades of Bend Assisted Living asked me to come and photograph their “Senior Prom” I jumped at the opportunity. Ladies and Gentlemen with gowns, tuxedos and corsages. This was the coolest thing EVER!

Nicole final.jpg

It ain’t all bouquets and ball gowns. My friend Nicole Stevenson and her fella Jesse Roberts of Bubba Racing asked me to come and shoot the racing action at Madras Speedway. That was a thrill a minute. And Nicole wanted some Hero Cards made to commemorate her first time behind the wheel. (She was awesome, by the way.)

Holly Stovall, Executive Chef at Tim Garling’s Jackalope Grill, shows off her considerable skills under the tent in Bend’s version of Top Chef.

I’m a geezer. Grew up in the 60s and 70s. I was lucky enough to be able to enjoy Frank and Ella as well as Motown and the British Invasion. Fairly new to the Bend music scene are these folks, playing everything from James Brown to George Clinton to Amy Winehouse.

I shot several versions of headshots for the cast of “The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time” for Cascades Theatrical Company. I’m a big fan of this type of shot (taken in a fully lit room) and Mary Hildebrandt absolutely ROCKED the look!
